The Jockey Club Venues bolsters leadership team with new hires to drive business growth
The Jockey Club Venues, a collection of prestigious racecourse event and hospitality venues across the UK, has strengthened its Business Development team with the appointment of Dan Elliott in the new role of Head of New Business. Dan will join newly promoted Head of Conference and Events Sales for the group, Charlotte Jones. Charlotte, who previously led the growth of The Jockey Club’s Conference and Events business in the West region, will now expand her scope to a national level to drive robust sales across all of Jockey Club Venue’s 15 courses including Newmarket, Sandown Park and Epsom Downs.

Field Day Announces New Venue for 2025
After four successful years in Victoria Park, Field Day is heading south to its new home in Brockwell Park. The festival will be joining events like Wide Awake, Cross The Tracks, City Splash and Mighty Hoopla, which bring a broad range of music and culture to audiences across London. Field Day will now be part of the Brockwell Live Bank Holiday Weekender, taking place on Saturday 24th May 2025.
Untold 10th Anniversary Sells 40,000 Tickets on Anouncement
UNTOLD, the third-best festival in the world in Top 100 Festivals has announced dates for 2025, immediately selling 40,000 tickets. Fans from all over the world will gather in the heart of Transylvania, Romania, to experience a real-life fantasy and celebrate music, love, freedom, friendship and unity. UNTOLD X promises to be legendary, with a stunning lineup, mind-blowing experiences and activities, mesmerizing production, and magical surprises for four memorable days and nights.
Iconic event venue to open brand new space
The corporate entertainment venue will close from January to February 2025, before unveiling its newest space in March. Exhibition White City is parting ways with its long-term resident Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace, an immersive roller rink experience, to make way for event spaces new. The venue is available for hire until December in its current format, after which it will close for a two-month refurbishment, reopening with a grand relaunch in March 2025. The versatile, hybrid venue combines corporate functionality with brand experiences and a cultural programme, with the space to host 1,165 for conferences and 780 for dinners. The revised space will add to its event capabilities.

The engagement and access that The Power of Events (UK) has across all 7 sectors of the industry, enables data gathering and in-depth research projects to be delivered confidently and consistently. This will be primarily facilitated through the new insight app to be launched on 28th Sep 2023.

By bringing the industry and university partners together, research projects will be designed to deliver real benefits to the industry in terms of trend analysis, insights and performance improvements.
